Hatha Yoga in English
My passion for yoga was sparked in 2010 when I moved to Singapore for work. There I began attending regular morning classes before work and quickly discovered the profound positive effects of yoga - both mentally and physically: increased inner balance, more mindfulness and serenity, improved self-awareness, optimized posture and increased general well-being.
This enriching experience awakened in me the need to delve deeper into the world of yoga and its philosophy. In the following years I completed various teacher training courses in different areas, including Hatha Yoga (200 hours), pregnancy and postnatal yoga (85 hours) and children's yoga (95 hours). In order to further deepen my own practice and pass on the transformative power of yoga to others, I regularly take part in training courses and mentoring sessions at Svastha Yoga.
In my yoga classes, it is particularly important to me that the participants experience yoga holistically and get to know themselves better.
I support them in developing their own “toolkit” for a personal practice that they can also use in everyday life outside of the studio.
For me, yoga is not just a practice on the mat, but rather a way of life that is expressed in every aspect of daily life. I want to pass on this philosophy to my students to empower and inspire them.
About me: I grew up near Wil/SG, lived abroad (London and Singapore) from 2005 to 2021 and have been living in Rapperswil-Jona with my husband and son since mid-2021.
