Vinyasa Yoga

I'm Claudia, an occupational therapist and mother of three children, and yoga has been my companion for years. As a therapist, I've always been fascinated by the miracle of the body. My training as a Vinyasa yoga teacher has allowed me to delve even deeper into the world of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and the effects of the various asanas (postures). A formative and deeply nourishing experience.
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which flowing and dynamic asanas are combined with breathwork. Conscious breathing helps direct the focus inward. Vinyasa Yoga has a stabilizing effect, stretches and strengthens the muscles, promotes inner and outer balance, and mobilizes the joints and spine.
For me, yoga is so much more than just practicing on the mat…
...a way of life that has had a profound impact on me. Yoga helps me to find peace, ground myself, and connect with myself, filling me with energy, physical well-being, and joy.
In my classes, you can expect strengthening, flowing, and energizing flows, but there's also room for quiet, relaxing sequences that help you calm your body and mind and fully connect with yourself. A specific theme always forms a common thread throughout my musically accompanied classes.
Anatomically mindful yoga, in a protected space where the focus is not on form but on effect, is a matter close to my heart.
If you'd like to immerse yourself in the world of yoga with me, treat yourself to a break from everyday life, and do something good for your body, mind, and soul, you are warmly welcome to my classes. They are also suitable for beginners and non-typical yogis.
I look forward to you.
Claudia
