Service Description
Pregnancy yoga, also known as prenatal yoga, focuses on relaxation, balance, gentle movements and breathing techniques. Time to reflect and deep relaxation are essential components of this yoga class. It is especially important that you gain access to your breathing, which can be such a valuable tool during birth. As your pregnancy progresses, your body changes, your belly grows, and your posture changes as a result. There are 'asanas' (yoga postures) for each trimester that support you, strengthen you and give you a positive feeling during and after pregnancy. You learn to perceive your body and can create a loving connection with your child in your belly. The pregnancy/prenatal yoga course package includes weekly evening courses and each lasts six weeks. Does the course package no longer fit until the due date? Then you can also book individual lessons and pay directly on site. If you would rather have a look first, please contact me in advance.
