Service Description

Note: Silvana will be covering for Mirella from February 23rd to June 20th, 2026. In pregnancy yoga, also known as prenatal yoga, the focus is on relaxation, balance, gentle movements, and breathing techniques. Time for reflection and deep relaxation are essential components of this yoga class. It is especially important that you gain access to your breath, which can be such a valuable tool during childbirth. Throughout your pregnancy, your body changes, your belly grows, and your posture also changes. For each trimester, there are yoga postures called "asanas" that support and strengthen you, giving you a positive feeling during and after pregnancy. You will learn to perceive your body and can establish a loving connection with your baby in the womb. The pregnancy/prenatal yoga course package includes weekly evening classes and lasts six weeks. If the course package doesn't fit your due date, you can also book individual sessions and pay directly on-site. If you'd prefer to get a taste of it first, feel free to contact me beforehand.
