Service Description

"Change happens through movement, and movement heals." (Joseph Hubertus Pilates) Pilates is a strength and flexibility training for the whole body. It improves health, fitness, and mind and is suitable for people of all ages. It supports, among other things, correct posture and strengthens the core, reduces pain, and helps focus the mind. Due to the slow and controlled execution of the exercises, the Pilates method is suitable for a variety of medical conditions. With my background as a physiotherapist, people with physical limitations are also welcome. You can join at any time, even without prior experience. For the best possible Pilates experience on your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class so I can show you some of the basics.
