WHAT IS LU JONG YOGA? Lu Jong is meditation in motion. Tibetan healing yoga is an ancient movement practice of Tibetan medicine. Lu Jong releases blockages on a physical, mental and energetic level. Lu Jong helps to improve health, inner peace and balance. Lu Jong strengthens the body and clears the mind. The practice combines movement sequences with targeted breathing. The focus is on gentle work with the spine, but also includes exercises for mobility or strengthening the vital organs. Lu Jong was brought to the West by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, a high Buddhist master from Tibet, and spread here. Lu Jong Yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, even with physical limitations. You can start at any time.
