Service Description

Note: Silvana will be covering for Mirella from February 23rd to June 20th, 2026. This yoga class focuses on strengthening your core and pelvic floor. We will work specifically on the oblique and rectus abdominis muscles and incorporate strengthening exercises for the back muscles to promote overall stability. A strong and stable core has a positive impact on us on many levels. We feel more centered and balanced physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this yoga class, you will learn about the multifaceted nature of your pelvic floor. Through targeted exercises, we will engage the individual layers of the pelvic floor and experience the resulting changes in our bodies. A strong pelvic floor promotes a pleasant sense of well-being, improves posture, relieves back muscle tension, stabilizes the torso, and supports the spine. Furthermore, the pelvic floor is responsible for the proper functioning of the bladder and bowel sphincter and contributes to pleasurable sexuality. This yoga class is suitable for women and men of all ages. Strengthening the core and pelvic floor can contribute to an improvement in quality of life at various stages of life.
