About the event
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which flowing and dynamic asanas are linked in harmony with the breath. Conscious breathing helps to focus inwards. This has a stabilizing effect, stretches and strengthens the muscles, promotes inner and outer balance, and mobilizes the joints and spine.
With me, you can expect invigorating and flowing sequences, as well as relaxing sequences that will help you calm your body and mind and arrive fully in the present moment.
Anatomically mindful yoga, in a protected space where the focus is not on form but on effect, is a matter close to my heart.
If you feel like taking a break from everyday life and doing something good for your body, mind and soul, then you are very welcome.
