A gift for yourself.
As the year draws to a close, we invite you to pause and escape the everyday, arrive in the present moment, reflect, and look ahead with ease and strength. Together, we will combine yoga, Ayurveda, rituals, and meditation. We will flow through the five elements, write, transform, sing mantras, and find support and inspiration within the circle.
