We all know that feeling: Something inside us feels right, yet we don't choose it. Too many thoughts swirl in our heads, too many doubts arise and drown out that quiet voice inside us that often already knows what feels right.

Trusting this inner compass is truly an art – I know that from personal experience. At the same time, I also know that it's possible to give this inner voice more and more space, especially in situations that are important to us. Perhaps that also means suddenly having the courage to do something you long believed you weren't allowed or able to do.
