Workshop Autumn in the Heart 🍂🍁🌰
As the leaves fall and nature retreats, autumn calls us to pause. It's a time to let go—of thoughts, patterns, expectations—to make room for what truly matters.
In this mindfully conducted workshop, we combine the heart-opening power of ceremonial cacao with healing soundscapes, silent meditation, and deep embodiment practice. A ritual of transition—from outside to inside, from head to heart, from doing to being.
