This course is about learning the basics of meditation. Meditation in its essence means being in the here and now.
Being in the now means having an ecstatic feeling for life. This feeling is independent of external circumstances and touches the deepest part of our soul. The further this process progresses, the more complete a person feels. Our western science has also noticed the extraordinarily positive effects on the body and especially the mind. Thousands of studies on the effects of meditation have been carried out worldwide in recent decades and meditation is now used successfully in many areas of psychology.
