This course is about learning the basics of meditation. Meditation, in its essence, means being in the here and now.


Being in the present moment logically means having an ecstatic feeling for life. This feeling is independent of external circumstances and touches the deepest part of our soul. The further this process progresses, the more complete a person feels. Western science has also not failed to recognize the extraordinarily positive effects on the body and, above all, the mind. Thousands of studies on the effects of meditation have been conducted worldwide in recent decades, and meditation is now used successfully in many areas of psychology.
