Basic course in meditation

 

This course focuses on learning the fundamentals of meditation. Meditation, in its essence, means being in the here and now.


Being in the present moment logically means having an ecstatic feeling for life. This feeling is independent of external circumstances and touches the deepest part of our soul. The further this process progresses, the more complete a person feels. Even our Western science has not overlooked the extraordinarily positive effects on the body and especially the mind. Thousands of studies on the effects of meditation have been conducted worldwide in recent decades, and meditation is now successfully used in many areas of psychology.


In the introductory meditation course, we will examine the various effects of meditation on personality development in more detail. At the beginning of the course, we will do exercises and experiments with our minds to practically understand the basic idea of meditation.…
