Basic training
In the basic training, you will learn to activate and purposefully use the healing power of your hands. You will discover how to release blockages and how to make a positive difference in many everyday situations.
You can use all these healing techniques on yourself, as well as on family members, friends, and clients. As part of regular mental hygiene, you will learn to strengthen your connection to yourself and protect your energy through complementary meditations.
