The chains that keep us small and imprisoned envelop our entire being… our thoughts… our feelings… our actions. Yet most of the chains remain unrecognized. But only what we recognize can we release. And then healing can occur. Only then can we be free.

We repeatedly find ourselves in situations or stuck in life circumstances that wear us down. We do things that aren't good for ourselves or others, or we allow others to mistreat us.

But why?

We will get to the bottom of this question together and find solutions.
