Advent is a special time of year. The days grow shorter, nature retreats, and we too feel the longing to become stiller and more in touch with ourselves.

Together we'll immerse ourselves in the special energy of Advent and create a space for what perhaps gets far too little attention in your everyday life. Pausing. Reflecting. Letting go.

As a year draws to a close, we carry many things with us: beautiful encounters and special moments, but also disappointments, worries, old thoughts, or experiences that still occupy our minds.
