Hi, I am Mara and I have been intensively involved with yoga for the last 2 years.
Do you know that feeling: an inner voice telling you that there must be MORE? I found this MORE in yoga, or rather. I said, through yoga I found it (again) within myself.
Let us be and flourish together, each in our own natural and unique way.
The yoga philosophy behind all the asanas has deeply impressed me from the very beginning, and it feels incredibly right for me. Letting go of expectations and judgments and taking full responsibility for oneself are, for me, key elements for anyone who, like me, is seeking more freedom, ease, and abundance in life.
Daily yoga practice, meditation, and reflection were part of the training and personal development. I love learning new things and developing myself; it's been wonderful. I've gotten to know my body, mind, and soul better, integrated new things, and let go of old ones. I've paid more attention to my intuition and inner wisdom, allowing them to blossom again.
